Refund policy

Orders can be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Please include your name and order number with the parcel. 

Please be advised that buyer is responsible for paying for return postage.

Due to hygienic reasons, jewellery, health & beauty, makeup and underwear can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, in original condition and in original packaging.

Once the return has been received, it will be inspected and if the condition is as it was originally, the refund for the item cost will be issued within 7 working days.

If the order has been returned to us due to order being rejected on delivery or the order is not promptly collected from a collection point, we will be deducting costs of postage and packaging from the refund amount.
